Coach Paul has been involved with the sport of Speed Stacking for over 20 years, which is why any kids that participate in our Sports clubs already know and love this one! Cup stacking with Speed Stacks is an exciting individual and team sport that promotes hand-eye coordination, ambidexterity, quickness and concentration.
